Unidirectional DC full heat exchanger (fresh air exchanger)

Main features

The box body adopts double-layer Baosteel brand galvanized sheet, inner polyurethane foam, aluminum alloy frame, channel steel base, attached with a protective film to prevent transportation collision; Disassembly access door, flexible replacement of heat exchange core, total heat or sensible heat recovery device, high efficiency, and energy-saving;

Low mute external rotor fan, sufficient air volume, high static pressure, 220V or 380V optional:

Sheet metal connection is attached with sealing strip and glue, enhance the sealing strength, primary effect, medium effect, high efficiency and activated carbon filtration optional, effectively improve the purification efficiency; Vertical installation is simple and convenient, suitable for shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, and other occasions.

The indoor and outdoor gas is replaced in equal amounts.

Energy recovery

Built-in static heat exchanger, energy recovery efficiency reaches 70%, cooling and heating load is not affected by fresh air. Significantly reduce the energy required for fresh air treatment and realize energy saving.

Filtering function

The air entering the room passes through a filter in the unit to effectively prevent dust and harmful substances and keep the indoor air fresh. At the same time, electrostatic purifiers, negative ion generators, photocatalysts, and other purification equipment can be used.

Quiet design

The ventilator has a built-in low-noise outer rotor centrifugal fan, and the wall of the unit can be added with sound-absorbing materials so that it runs smoothly and has low noise to prevent interference to the site. There are no moving parts except the fan, almost no maintenance, which can ensure long-term stable and reliable operation.
