Fan coil

Overview

The FP series fan-coil air conditioner is mainly composed of a fan, a motor, a heat exchanger (coil), a condensate tray, a shell, and a controller. It is suitable for centralized air-conditioning systems. Due to the low noise and flexible temperature adjustment characteristics of the fan coil produced by our company, it is widely used in hotels, guesthouses, apartments, restaurants, hospitals, commercial office buildings, and other places.

 

Model meaning and description

Note:

  1. High static pressure unit refers to the static pressure at the outlet of the horizontal concealed unit which is 30Pa or 50Pa;
  2. Measurement of cooling capacity under nominal conditions: indoor dry bulb temperature 27C, wet bulb temperature 19.5°C;
  3. Heat measurement under nominal conditions: the indoor dry bulb temperature is 21℃, and the water supply is the same as the flow under nominal conditions;
  4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow;
  5. The input power refers to the input power at high-end air volume.

  1. Beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance: The galvanized sheet produced by Baogang, is free of spangles, and the surface is not easy to be oxidized and has strong corrosion resistance. No welds, the overall appearance is beautiful and generous. The slope of the water pan is designed to be non-condensing. The tube is expanded hydraulically or mechanically to ensure that the aluminum sheet is tightly combined with the copper tube, and the heat exchange efficiency is increased by 10%. The unit test pressure is 1.6Mpa to ensure no leakage.
  3. Ultra-low noise: The core component of the coil adopts a hot-dip galvanized multi-blade centrifugal fan that conforms to the principle of aerodynamics. After strict dynamic and static balance testing, the unit runs smoothly and the noise is lower than the national standard.
  4. 80,000 hours of operation without failure: the motor adopts a 110 type 24-slot copper core motor, the motor bearing adopts moisture-proof sealing treatment, no need to replenish lubricating oil, equipped with overheating protection device, low below-temperature special circumstances, stable operation of the motor without failure.
  5. The DC variable frequency fan coil adopts a DC brushless motor, and its noise is close to perfect when running at low speed, and the operating power is 1/3 of the ordinary fan coil.
