Fan box is a modified form of a combined air processor

After the fresh air enters the air conditioning unit, it is mixed with the indoor return air in the mixing section. The mixed air passes through the coarse effect filter section to remove dust and debris, and then passes through the medium effect Overspeed section for secondary filtration to filter out smaller dust and debris, and then sends the processed air into the room through the fan section.

Air conditioning function section: mixing section, primary and medium effect section, secondary return air section, surface cooling section, fan section, etc.

1, the box body

Box body is made of sealed profile frame with double-layer color steel plate made of low thermal resistance wall combination (or galvanized plate), the thickness of 25mm,34mm and 50mm optional frame for aluminum alloy frame;  The wainscot is made of polyurethane as a whole and can also be made of high polyethylene or glass wool wainscot.  The box structure is corrosion-resistant, beautiful, and durable, and the air leakage rate is small.

2, fan,

Adopt low noise and high-efficiency outer rotor centrifugal fan, the fan by precise dynamic balance correction, to ensure the stable operation of the unit, so that it has the characteristics of low noise and high total pressure.

3, control,

Optional frequency conversion speed regulation system designed and manufactured by our company, according to the air conditioning load, automatic adjustment of air conditioning unit air supply, the transition season can use fresh air operation.

4, air filter

The filter can be a G4 plate filter or cotton fiber concave-convex mesh, which can be arbitrarily drawn from the unit around, up, and down easily, so it is especially suitable for the maintenance and cleaning of compact space occasions.
